- CA Finance is a loan facilitation and consultancy company.
- We do not provide loans directly. Instead, we connect clients with banks or financial institutions that may offer suitable loan options based on their requirements.
- We act solely as an intermediary and are not responsible for any loan approval, rejection, or disbursal.
2. Service Charges
CA Finance charges a one-time service fee for facilitating loan connections.
The charges are based on the client’s loan requirement slab:
- ₹5,400 + GST – Loan amount from ₹2,00,000 to ₹10,00,000
- ₹9,800 + GST – Loan amount from ₹10,00,000 to ₹50,00,000
- ₹20,500 + GST – Loan amount from ₹50,00,000 to ₹1,00,00,000
- ₹1,00,000 + GST – Loan amount from ₹1,00,00,000 to ₹10,00,00,000
- ₹2,00,000 + GST – Loan amount from ₹10,00,00,000 to ₹50,00,00,000
- ₹5,00,000 + GST – Loan amount above ₹50,00,00,000
👉 All service charges are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of whether the client successfully avails a loan or not.
3. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and updated personal, business, and financial information.
- Ensure that all documents submitted are authentic and lawful.
Use our services only for lawful purposes and not for fraudulent or illegal activities.
4. Limitation of Liability
- CA Finance is not a bank, NBFC, or lending institution.
- We do not guarantee loan approval, loan amount, interest rates, or disbursal timelines.
- The final decision regarding loan sanctioning lies solely with the respective bank or financial institution.
- CA Finance shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from loan denial, processing delays, or rejection.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Once a client pays the service fee, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- The fee covers the facilitation service, regardless of the loan outcome.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy
- We respect your privacy and handle your personal and business data with care.

7. Intellectual Property
- All content on the CA Finance website, including logos, text, graphics, and designs, is the intellectual property of CA Finance.
- Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
8. Amendments
- CA Finance reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida.
