As a financial consultancy and intermediary, we assist clients in connecting with banks and financial institutions for their loan requirements. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before proceeding with any payments.
Service Charges
CA Finance charges a one-time service fee for facilitating loan connections. The charges are based on the loan requirement slab:
₹5,400 + GST – Loan amount from ₹2,00,000 to ₹10,00,000
₹9,800 + GST – Loan amount from ₹10,00,000 to ₹50,00,000
₹20,500 + GST – Loan amount from ₹50,00,000 to ₹1,00,00,000
₹1,00,000 + GST – Loan amount from ₹1,00,00,000 to ₹10,00,00,000
₹2,00,000 + GST – Loan amount from ₹10,00,00,000 to ₹50,00,00,000
₹5,00,000 + GST – Loan amount above ₹50,00,00,000
Refund Policy
All payments made to CA Finance are strictly non-refundable.
Our service fee is charged for consultation and financial matchmaking, which begins immediately upon payment.
Refunds will not be entertained under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Loan application rejection by the bank/NBFC.
Change of mind by the client.
Delays or disbursement decisions made by the financial institution.
Cancellation Policy
Once the service has been initiated and payment has been received, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Clients may choose not to proceed with the loan application at any stage; however, the service fee paid will remain non-refundable.

CA Finance is not a lender. We act solely as a financial intermediary between clients and financial institutions. Loan approval, sanction, terms, and disbursement are entirely at the discretion of the concerned bank or NBFC. Payment of service charges implies acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
